Vintage 4 Sided Rib Bowed Footed Glass Drug Store Apothecary Candy Jar With Lid

This gorgeous MCM 4 sided bowed glass apothecary jar has paneled rib type pattern. It has its original lid which has a starburst top, and a plastic seal. It measures 9 3/8″ to the top (with lid), or approximately 8″ to the top of the jar not counting its lid. It is hard to see, but the bottom of the jar is marked with a few numbers. I am not 100% sure, but I think are 9, 4 and 7, and an I within an O circle which I believe stands for Owens Illinois Glass Co. I see no chips or cracks. Made in USA Circa 1940’s It is an eye catching piece for sure, & it will look great in your place!
