Contemporary Design
Laesse’s new production consists of twenty or so pieces in terracotta, finished with water-based enamel, which Stefania Vazzoler has carefully selected from over 60 prototypes she has made in the last three years. They are all furnishing objects to be used with the utmost freedom, the ceramist wishes to emphasize. It’s easy to call them vases, but they can also live on their own, or in groups, containing flowers, branches and other decorative objects. Their strength lies in the shape, each time unique, with which Stefania has modeled them, but their nature is generous and available, they adapt to the needs of those who choose them.
