Dutch delft Porceleyne Fles applique after a painting by P.J.C. Gabriel An oval applique with an image after a painting by Paul Joseph Constantin Gabriel (1828-1903). An image of a windmill in a polder canal. Also known as “In the month of July” (circa 1889) The applique has crackle, which is common in the glaze, see the detail in the photos Marked on reverse with the mark of the Dutch delft Porceleyne Fles Dated with AC = 1907 and painter initials of J.D. van Velzen ( 1886-1938) and P.L. Dijkman (1882-1922) Impressed mark of Joost Thooft & La Bouchere The measurements are 41,5 cm high, 36,5 cm wide and the depth is 2,2 cm The weight is approx. 2 kilo.
