Vintage Design
A Celadon glazed “Cong” vase from the period 1908 – 1911. These vases are famous of their repetitive (modern) outer. The vase is moulded on each side with Daoist bagua below a short cylindrical neck, covered with an attractive soft blue-green glaze except for the foot which stands on a Japanese wooden pedestal. The condition of the vase is near to perfect. The vase is signed underneath with an “incised” (same color is the vase – which makes it very rare) seal mark.
