Antique 18th century George III Wedgwood & Bentley jasperware plaque circa 1770. The oval plaque depicts children at play in high relief. Fine gilt wood frame with old label for J & W Vokins, Miniature Frame Makers to His Royal Highness the Prince of Wales & the Royal Family – Portland Street. Frame measures 9 1/4″ x 7 3/4″ x 1 3/8″. Plaque measures 4 1/2″ x 3 3/4″. Good condition – fine cracks visible from the back; small bits of loose dirt under the glass on the mat. Presents well.
