Beautiful rectangular mirror with a molded frame of 3 grooves, topped by a large openwork pediment composed of a beautiful hot air balloon flying in the clouds, accompanied by torches, ribbons, volutes and acanthus leaves. Long ropes ending in anchors go around the basket of the balloon and join the sides of the mirror.
In the lower part, volutes surmount pine cones in the pure Louis XVI style.
